We set out to transform a three-level modern loft in Midtown Reno, Nevada, with the goal of redefining both its space and style. The floor plan was thoughtfully redesigned to create a smooth, continuous flow between the different levels. At the heart of the design is a sleek, contemporary kitchen island that not only serves as a functional space for cooking but also acts as a stylish centerpiece, framing the surrounding areas with an air of elegance. To bring warmth and character to the previously stark interior, we added bold, colorful artwork that livened up the bare walls, injecting vibrancy and personality into the space. The result is a transformation from cold and sterile to warm and inviting—a perfect example of how intentional design can turn a loft into a vibrant, welcoming home in the heart of Reno.
